Everyone who works with Opsam Health is accountable for helping to ensure our compliance and ethics and for speaking up when something isn’t right. If you have a compliance concern or suspect that a law, regulation, or Opsam Health policy has been violated, please contact the Opsam Health Compliance Hotline at 209.683.5057. The Opsam Health Compliance Hotline provides a convenient and anonymous way for vendors to report suspected wrongdoing, including fraud, waste, abuse, safety concerns, and compliance violations, without fear of retaliation. The Compliance Hotline is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. When reporting a potential compliance issue, please be prepared to provide detailed information, as insufficient information may hinder the investigation of the issue. Appropriate action will be taken against individuals found to have violated applicable laws or Opsam Health policies.
